By accessing and using Dealari (the "Service") provided by SweetWater Holding UG (haftungsbeschränkt) ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Dealari is a deal management platform designed for mid to micro cap private equity and M&A advisory firms. The Service includes deal pipeline management, document organization, LP relationship tracking, and related features.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SweetWater Holding UG and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hamburg, Germany.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have certain rights under EU law that cannot be limited by these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under applicable EU law.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
